Matthew Slyman, a self-employed consultant business architect/ software engineer, has earned a degree in computer science at Cambridge University and an Executive MBA at Quantic School of Business and Technology. His interests include:

- Philosophy and religion: Christianity, politics, professional ethics & business law
- Science, technology, engineering and mathematics: Electronics and semiconductors, manufacturing, pure mathematics and algorithms, data architecture & engineering, software and security engineering, user interface ergonomics and computer graphics
Matthew is a married father of four children, a happy and committed family man, and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
